I loved traveling to Ecuador for the views, the giant weekend markets and the unique cultural experience. However, the reason I want to go back is because of the students, teachers and staff at the Saminay school. There is truly a special spirit about them. They find joy in the life they are in yet, hope for a better world and I think that’s beautiful.
What an incredible experience! Saminay is like no other place I’ve ever been, the school is truly a sanctuary for the students and for anyone who visits. We felt right at home, and I’m so grateful for the people I got to meet.
