Volunteers will travel to Otavalo, a charming town nestled in the Andes Mountains, known for its welcoming people, vibrant markets, and rich cultural heritage. During your stay, you’ll serve at the Saminay School by teaching English and providing much-needed support to students and staff. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit a student’s home and experience a glimpse of daily life in the local community.
